How are referrals paid for?
A flat fee per confirmed referral, invoiced monthly. There are no sign-up costs and no percentage of treatment fees.
Is the arrangement exclusive?
No. You can join or leave at any time and you keep every other source of patients.
Do I have to accept uninsured patients?
Yes. Every partner agrees to see self-pay patients and to quote fees before treatment. You set the fees.
Which states do you operate in?
The helpline currently refers in 47 states. If your state is not covered yet, apply anyway and we will contact you when it opens.
